Our 30-Day Guarantee. Every client engagement at Real Funnels is backed by a written performance guarantee. If we do not help you add 30 high-value patients within your first 30 days of working with us, you pay nothing. You keep everything we have already built for you including your ads, landing pages and automations. No small print. No exceptions. This guarantee is put in writing before we begin.
Eligibility For A Refund. To be eligible for a refund under our guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
You must have completed our full onboarding process and provided all required information within the agreed timeframe.
Your ad account must have had sufficient budget active throughout the 30-day period as agreed in your onboarding call.
You must have attended all scheduled strategy and review calls during the 30-day period.
You must not have paused or interfered with any campaigns, funnels or automations we have built without prior agreement from our team.
How To Make A Refund Claim. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under our guarantee, please contact us in writing within 7 days of the end of your 30-day campaign period. We will review your claim within 5 business days and respond with a decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Real Funnels Ltd reserves the right to review campaign data, ad account performance and communication records when assessing any refund claim. Our decision following this review is final.
